Description:
This patient had a previous tummy tuck procedure just over 20 years ago. She had developed some “dog ears” laterally and some fullness of the lower back and flanks. She was able to have a repeat abdominoplasty that corrected the contour deformities of the lower abdomen and lowered the scar some. She had a conservative amount of liposuction to optimize her results.
