Description:
This patient lost just over 100 lbs after having a gastric sleeve bariatric surgery. The weight loss left her with severe skin laxity of the abdomen that she wanted to correct. She opted to have a classic abdominoplasty without the vertical scar associated with a fleur de lis procedure. She has really good results, but still has some skin laxity in the horizontal dimension of her abdomen. Even without the fleur de lis, over 5 lbs of skin was removed with her tummy tuck. She is seen here almost 1 year after her surgery.
