This patient lost about 85 lbs after gastric bypass surgery. We decided to proceed with a full abdominoplasty surgery and she is seen here 6 months after her surgery. She has a drastic reduction in skin laxity and a much improved contour. She lost enough weight to consider a fleur de lis procedure, but her results with a classic abdominoplasty are excellent.
