Description:
This patient lost about 100 lbs after her last pregnancy. She was in excellent condition and is a competitive runner and rock climber. Despite her weight loss, she had a notable amount of excess skin of the abdomen that she could not improve. She had an extended abdominoplasty surgery and is seen here 3 months after surgery. The excess skin is gone and she now looks like the “in-shape” person that she is. The belly button is very natural and the scar is well hidden with normal undergarments.
