Description:
This patient had lost about 40 lbs and was wanting to remove her excess abdomen skin and remaining tissue fat. She opted to have a full abdominoplasty surgery along with some liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and lower back. We used some of her fatty tissue to augment her buttocks. She did not want a bigger buttocks, but improved shape and skin tightness. These are the 3 month results.
