This patient is the mother of 2 and had some deflation of her breasts after her pregnancies. She wanted to restore her breast volume in a natural fashion. She had some mild ptosis of the breasts and decided to enhance the breasts with implants alone. She also had a full abdominoplasty and improved her entire torso silhouette with the surgery.
