This mother of 3 was wanting to tighten her abdomen and also restore some volume to her buttocks. She had a drainless abdominoplasty surgery along with liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, and back. We used her fatty tissue to improve the shape of the buttocks. She did not want a much bigger buttocks, but just an improved shape. These are the 3 month results.
