Description:
This patient lost about 90 lbs and had a complicated vertical abdominal scar from a previous open abdomen surgery. She opted to have a fleur de lis abdominoplasty to help remove as much excess skin as possible and to revise the irregular contour of the abdomen scar. She is seen here 1 year after her surgery. The scars are starting to fade a bit and she is maintaining an excellent improvement in the skin tightness and abdomen contour.
