This patient had developed quite a bit of skin laxity and stretch marks of her abdomen after her pregnancies. She was overall in quite good shape, but was unable to improve her loose skin. She had a successful drainless tummy tuck surgery with a very nice improvement in her skin quality and abdomen contour.
