Description:
This patient had a mini-tummy tuck surgery several years prior and was still bothered by skin laxity of the upper abdomen despite being in very good shape. She opted to proceed with a full abdominoplasty surgery which allowed for tightening of the abdomen wall muscles along with more complete tightening of the skin. Her umbilicus still looks natural and aesthetic.
