Description:
This patient had a lentigo maligna lesion removed from his nasal tip and dorsum. The resultant skin defect was about 2.5 x 2 cm. It was reconstructed using a Rieger flap or dorsonasal flap. He has a very reasonable reconstruction that was completed in a single stage using only local anesthesia.
