Description:
This patient had a large defect created in her left nasal ala after basal cell cancer resection. The defect exposed the underlying cartilage. It was reconstructed using a bilobed flap in the office setting with just local anesthesia. She is seen here 6 weeks after the repair with only slight distortion of the nasal aesthetic lines.
