Nasal Reconstruction Patient 03
Description:
This patient had a large basal cell cancer removed from the left side of his nose and needed to have the resultant defect repaired. We decided to rearrange some skin from the left side of his cheek to fix the problem. The nasolabial flap was completed using just local anesthesia. The flap ended up healing a bit heavy and did require a debulking procedure which was also done in the office with just local anesthesia. He is seen here 7 months after the original surgery and 6 weeks after the touch up.
