Description:
This patient was in quite good shape, but had age related skin laxity of the chest. He was working out and unable to improve the shape of the chest as a result of the skin laxity. He opted for a free-nipple graft gynecomastia reduction procedure and these are the 3 month results. The horizontal scar is well positioned in a natural location and will continue to fade with time.
