Male Breast Reduction Patient 49
Description:
This patient lost more than 90 lbs with diet and exercise and had quite a bit of skin laxity of his chest. His condition would be considered pseudogynecomastia secondary to weight loss. He had a resection of the excess skin with an “amputation technique” and restoration of the nipple with a graft. These are the 3 month results. The nipple and areolae are still healing and the scar will continue to fade, but already the results are quite good.
