Description:
This patient is in excellent shape. He has mild gynecomastia symptoms, but bothersome changes to the nipple and areolae with warm temperatures. He had a removal of the breast plate tissue using power assisted liposuction (PAL) and direct excision. He is seen here 4 months after surgery with scars that are almost invisible.
