Male Breast Reduction Patient 28
Description:
This patient had symptoms of gynecomastia since the age of 9. He had been heavy growing up, but he did not see a full correction of his chest after weight loss. He had power assisted liposuction of the chest along with a direct excision of the dense breast plate tissue and is seen here 3 months after surgery. He has a good, but not perfect result. We have plans to remove just a bit more tissue in a few more months. This type of small revision is uncommon, but is needed occasionally.
