Description:
This patient also had a classic case of congenital gynecomastia. He has some thickening of the breast tissue behind the areolae which were slightly larger than desired as a result. He had removal of the excess tissue with both direct excision and with using power assisted liposuction. He now has a much more masculine chest with smaller areolae.
