Male Breast Reduction Patient 20
Description:
This patient starting seeing excess breast tissue at age 14. He had been followed by an endocrinologist and even placed on Tamoxifen for 3 months with no improvement. His hormone levels were normal, but he could not improve the slightly feminization of the chest and the small “puffiness” behind the areolae. He had a successful reduction and no longer is uncomfortable with his shirt off.
