Description:
This patient noticed some heaviness in the tissue just behind the nipple after using some legal weight lifting supplements. He was also taking Prilosec, which is a medication that has been associated with male breast tissue development. He needed a direct excision of some glandular tissue and is seen here 3 months after his procedure. The results are most easily seen on the oblique and profile views.
