Male Breast Reduction Patient 18
Description:
This patient had male breast development starting in 7th grade. He has since had a slightly feminized breast shape with dilated areolae. He had a traditional gynecomastia reduction without skin removal and is seen here 3 months after surgery. He had just a bit of residual skin laxity of the areolae which we removed as a second procedure using only local anesthesia. I hope to have his final result photos soon.
