Description:
This is another classic case of idiopathic (no known cause) gynecomastia. This patient starting seeing breast tissue development around age 9 which did not normalize as he grew into an adult. He had the abnormal tissue removed and is seen here 3 months after surgery. The changes are most notable on the profile view photos.
