Description:
This patient developed excess male breast tissue around age 13. The tissue was not as bothersome when he was at a heavier weight, but when he lost about 30 lbs, the breast shape become more problematic. He underwent a direct excision of the abnormal breast plate tissue along with power assisted liposuction of the chest. He is seen here 3 months after surgery.
