This patient was very interested in lip enhancement. She had very satisfying results with dermal filler injections in the past, but was interested in a more permanent solution to her thinning lips. I have placed Surgisil permanent lip implants which have resulted in a very natural and permanent improvement. She no longer needs to have lip injections to maintain her full lip appearance. The procedure has very little downtime with no external scars.
