





Forehead Reconstruction Patient 04
Description:
This patient developed an aggressive basal cell cancer of the left forehead and scalp. The cancer was resected by a Mohs surgeon and referred to me for reconstruction. The defect was repaired using an O to H flap. The skin from both sides of the defect was advanced medially to fill in the defect. The procedure was completed with local anesthesia.
