Forehead Reconstruction Patient 03
Description:
This patient developed a melanoma of the right forehead that required a large excision. The resulting defect comprised about 1/4 of her forehead. The reconstruction was completed using an O to H flap with only local anesthesia. The skin from both sides of the defect were pulled centrally to fill in the empty space.
