Description:
This patient had some severe skin laxity and excess of the upper lids along with fullness of the lower lids. He had a transconjunctival lower lid blepharoplasty with skin removal and a traditional upper lid blepharoplasty. The eyes are much improved, but he does not have an “operated” appearance.
