Eyelid Surgery Patient 36
Description:
This patient had some notable skin excess of both the upper and lower lids that caused her to appear tired. She had a transconjunctival lower lid blepharoplasty with removal and redistribution of orbital fatty tissue along with a minimal amount of skin removal. Her upper lids were treated with a traditional upper lid skin excision. These are the 3 month results which look great, but will continue to improve as the ciliary margin swelling improves with time.
