Eyelid Surgery Patient 33
Description:
This patient was bothered by some asymmetry with her eyelids. She had some ptosis of the left lid and skin excess of both upper lids. She also did not like that she was starting to develop some fullness of the lower lids. Her case was complicated by the fact that she had some underlying proptosis (bulging) of both eyes with the left worse than the right. She had a upper lid blepharoplasty along with a left lid ptosis repair along with a transconjunctival lower lid procedure. After her procedure, her symmetry is much improved.
