Eyelid Surgery Patient 27
Description:
This patient had some skin laxity of both the upper and lower lids. She also had some loss of volume in her upper lids that made her upper orbit appear hollowed. She underwent a transconjunctival lower lid surgery which allowed for redistribution of the lower lid fatty tissue and tightening of the lower lid skin. She then had a traditional upper lid blepharoplasty along with some fat grafting to the upper lids to help reverse the hollow appearance under the brow.
