Description:
This patient used gauge earrings and developed earlobe deformities when they were removed. The earlobe shape and contour was repaired using a wedge excision and tissue rearrangement procedure. This was completed with just local anesthesia in the office setting. This is a very common deformity that can be relatively easily corrected.
