Description:
This patient had a breast augmentation 7 years ago along with a periareolar breast lift. She was convinced by her surgeon that a breast implant would be the best way to improve her shape, even though she didn’t want to have bigger breasts. Her scarring was less than ideal and she had a scar revision with another surgeon a few years later. She was tired of her heavy appearing breasts and wanted to remove her implants. So, we removed her implants and completed a vertical breast lift and she is seen here 6 months later with a much small breast size that is now proportionate to her body frame.
