Breast Revision Patient 18
Description:
This patient had her first implants placed 23 years ago. She had required several revisions and was now just tired of her heavy breasts. She had always felt that her implants were too large and she wanted them removed. But she was afraid that her breasts would look deflated without having some volume. We decided to remove and replace her large saline implants with much smaller silicone gel implants and complete an internal pocket revision procedure to stabilize her smaller implants. This was successful and she did not require a breast lift.
