This patient had large, dense, heavy breasts that have bothered her for many years. She was in excellent shape after 2 pregnancies and wanted to reduce her breast volume back to a C cup. She had her breast reduction and these photos show an excellent shape that has been stable. After her breast reduction, she decided to also have a tummy tuck procedure to tighten the abdomen to match her chest.
