Description:
This patient was not complaining of back and neck pain, but rather just did not like the size of her breasts. She wanted to have a more conservative C cup bra size and wanted to have some thinning of the tissue along the lateral chest wall. She had a little more than 1.3 kg of breast tissue removed and some liposuction completed on the lateral chest wall.
