Description:
This patient had large overfilled saline implants removed and was left with a very deflated skin envelope. She wanted to restore shape to her breasts but did not want to replace her implants. She had a vertical breast lift and is seen here 7 months after surgery with a much improved breast shape. She was able to restore some upper pole volume with the procedure and now has a very natural result.
