Description:
This patient wanted to improve the shape of the breasts and did not mind being a bit smaller. She was bothered by both the breasts and by some excess fatty tissue on her lateral chest wall. She had a vertical breast lift procedure in which a small amount of breast tissue was removed along with liposuction of the lateral chest wall and axillae. She is seen here just over 2 years after surgery. The scars are very well faded now and she appears to have been working on her fitness quite nicely since surgery.
