Description:
This patient is a triathlete and competitive long distance swimmer. She did not necessarily want small breasts, but wanted them to be in a better shape and proportion to her body. She had a vertical breast lift procedure in which a minimal amount of breast tissue was removed. She is seen here a full year after surgery with quite good scarring and results. Her left NAC was just slightly higher than ideal, but not bothersome enough for her to consider a small revision procedure to achieve perfect results.
