This mother of two wanted to improve her breast shape but did not want to have implants or bigger breasts. She had a vertical mastopexy and is seen here 3 months after surgery. The breast shape is markedly improved with the nipple and areola elevated. She also had an abdominoplasty surgery at the same time.
