This mother of 5 wanted to regain the shape of her breasts after losing much of the shape and volume after breast feeding. She also had lost quite a bit of weight and had skin laxity of the abdomen that she wanted to remove. She had a vertical breast lift along with augmentation using silicone implants and increased her volume to a full D cup or small DD cup size. Her abdomen is obviously much improved as well.
