This patient had a very significant amount of skin envelope deflation after her pregnancies. She had a rather narrow breast width and a mild variant of tubular breasts. She opted for a vertical mastopexy along with augmentation using silicone gel implants and these are her 1 year and 3 year anniversary results. The scars are still visible, but reasonable. The shape of the breasts is excellent and the implants are stable. Her results at 1 year were very good, but she lost quite a bit of weight over the last year and her results now are even better. Congratulations to her and her hard work.
