This mother of 2 did not want bigger breasts, but wanted to have the best shape possible. Her natural breasts were positioned slightly low on the chest wall and she needed a small implant to achieve some volume in the upper portion of the breast. I added the conservative 250 cc implant and removed a small amount of breast tissue with her lift. She has very minimal scarring after 10 months.
