This patient had a gastric bypass procedure and lost about 100 lbs. She lost quite a bit of volume in her breasts, especially in the upper pole. She wanted to have a full but natural appearing result with her breast augmentation and breast lift. I completed a vertical breast lift and placed 375cc silicone gel implants. She is seen here 9 months after surgery.
