Description:
This patient wanted to have a conservative augmentation to just improve her appearance in a bikini and bra without significantly changing her body shape. She wanted to increase her volume from an A cup to a full B cup or small C cup. She had some very minimal asymmetry before surgery with the right breast crease slightly higher than the left and a relatively tight skin envelope. These are the results 3 months after surgery.
