Description:
This patient was bothered by her heavy arms which were disproportionally heavy for her frame. She wanted to have a significant reduction in the bulk of the arms and to tighten the skin laxity as well. She had power assisted liposuction of the arms and back along with a full brachioplasty. Her scars are quite reasonable for only 3 months after her procedure. They will continue to improve for about 1 year after the surgery. Notice not only a reduction in the arm size, but also the shoulder and chest wall.
