Description:
This successfully lost 120lbs after gastric sleeve bariatric surgery. As a result she developed severe skin laxity of her upper arms. She underwent a full brachioplasty and flankplasty procedure in which all of the redundant skin from the arm and chest wall were removed. She is seen here only 3 months after her procedure. The scarring is still notable, but will continue to improve for about 1 year.
