Description:
This patient lost about 120 lbs after gastric bypass surgery. She was unhappy with the skin laxity of her upper arms. I completed a liposuction assisted brachioplasty. She is seen here 7 months after surgery. She has an anterior scar that can be seen with arms open but which is obscured when the arms are at the side.
