Cancelation Policy

Wake Plastic Surgery’s cancellation policy requires a 24-hour notice to cancel or change an appointment. Failure to adhere to the cancellation policy will result in a $125 fee for cosmetic consultations. MedSpa consultation appointments will incur a $50 fee if canceled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice. Minor surgical procedure appointments and MedSpa treatment appointments that are 1.0 hour or less will incur a $100 cancellation fee if canceled or changed without 24 hours’ notice. MedSpa treatment appointments that are 1.5 + hours require a $500 deposit to schedule and secure that time. If that appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours of the appointment time, the deposit fee of $500 is applied toward that scheduled time missed and is non- refundable and not applicable toward treatment balance. Another deposit of $500 is required to rebook that appointment. Monday appointments must be canceled the prior Friday, before our 12:00 pm business closing to avoid a cancellation fee.
