Breast Lift with Implants Patient 44
Description:
This patient lost about 40 lbs with diet and exercise and had lost much of her breast shape. She did not necessarily want to be much bigger breasted after surgery, but did want to improve her shape. She opted to have a proportionate augmentation with saline implants along with a vertical mastopexy which allowed her to correct the “droopiness” of the breasts and change the position of the breast volume back to the upper pole.
