Description:
This patient did not have gynecomastia. He had lost some weight and had excess skin on his lateral chest wall below his armpit that negatively affected the appearance of his chest. He underwent some minimal liposuction and direct excision of the excess skin along the side of his chest. The shape of the torso is much improved and the scarring is minimal even at only 1 month after the procedure.
